Hate Love (for Nolee)

"A bit..." Nolee softly said.

"I'm sorry..." Cody sighed. "If...if I did date girls...it would be you..."

"If," Nolee repeated.

"I've never dated one...so I don't know if I actually would..." Cody said. "But...if things...don't work out with Lucas..."

"They will," Nolee corrected, "he's a good man."

Cody smiled shyly, slowly moving closer to Nolee before hugging her.

Nolee hugged him before letting go and turning back to the target.

"Do you...want me to go?" Cody asked as he took a step back.

"Up to you," Nolee replied.

"Are you going to start shooting again...?" Cody asked, staring at the gun.

"How else do I blow off steam Codes?" Nolee asked, "And you should really learn to use a gun."

Cody shrugged, then pulled a face. "Why...?" He asked.

"With you dating Lucas other assassins will want a piece of you," shrugged Nolee as she grabbed her gun and handed it to Cody, "C'mere and I'll teach you."

"O-oh...okay..." Cody said nervously, staring at the gun.

Nolee smiled, "Don't be afraid of it. Guns don't kill people. People kill people."

"...did you just quote something?" Cody asked, raising an eyebrow at Nolee.

"Not that I'm aware of," Nolee shrugged.

Cody shrugged his shoulders. "Oh well." He said, staring back down at the gun nervously.

"Why did that sound familiar?"

"Sort of," Cody said. "Dunno why though. If it is from something, I can't remember where."

Nolee nodded, "So lets get on to your shooting match right?"

"Uh...okay." Cody said nervously.

"You need to think about what you're doing," Nolee said, showing him how to hold the gun.

Cody whimpered nervously, but held the gun as he was told to.

"Cody why are you so scared?" Nolee frowned
