When will love be through with me?

"Should we cheek on him?" Alex asked.

Tucker shook his head, "Its about all done." He yawned softly.

"Probably. I'll likely have to get him up anyway." Artemis said.

"Oh, alright then..." Mikey frowned slightly, turning to go.

"Should I go with you?" Alex asked.

Tucker looked at his watch, "Lets get the breakfast out."

"If you want to." Artemis replied.

Mikey stopped and nodded slowly before turning back to face him. "Okay..."

Alex nodded, not wanting to be there alone with Mikey.

Tucker yawned softly again and started for the kitchen.

"Let's go then." Artemis smiled, taking his hand.

Mikey followed, putting his book on the table once they were in there.

Alex smiled and took his hand as they walked.

Tucker went to the fridge.

"You sure you're alright?" Artemis asked. "You normally don't mind me leavin' you alone for a few minutes..."

"What do you need me to do?" Mikey asked.

"I just... Don't wanna be alone..." Alex murmured softly.

"Get the plates out please?"

"Why not?" Artemis asked, stopping to look at him.

Mikey nodded and moved over to where they were kept, doing as Tucker asked.

Alex just squeezed Artemis's hand, "Just cause..."

Tucker got the fruit out and other things.

"Why...?"

Once Mikey had gotten the plates, he paused to watch Tucker, a small smile on his face.

Alex didn't answer.

Tucker brought his handful of stuff to the table.

"Alex...?" Artemis said after a silence, looking worried.

Mikey moved out of the way so Tucker could get to the table easier, giving a small smile as he did so.

"I've been... Having nightmares..." Alex admitted softly.

Tucker smiled softly.

"About what?" Artemis asked softly.

Mikey quickly looked away, moving to finish putting the plates out.

"About... Being taken away from you again...."Alex whispered.

Tucker put all the food on the table.

"That's not going to happen." Artemis said.

Once they were done, Mikey stood leaning against the wall by the doorway. "I think I might eat later..." he said quietly.

Alex curled close to Artemis.

"Are you sure?" Tucker asked before yawning.

"It'll be okay." Artemis said softly, hugging him close.

Mikey hesitated before nodding. "Yeah...I just- " He stopped and looked away, sighing quietly.

"You sure Arty?" Alex asked softly.

"What is it?" Tucker asked.

"Yeah," Artemis nodded, slowly letting go of him. "We should be getting Jacen up..."

"Nothing." Mikey mumbled, hanging his head.

Alex nodded slowly, "Yeah we should..."

Tucker gently touched his shoulder.

"Before that man he was meeting gets here..."

Mikey tensed slightly before lifting his head to look up at Tucker, a sad look in his eyes.

Alex nodded, "DO you know the guy?"

"Your not okay are you?" Tucker said softly.
