Warfare of The Heart

Nolee smiled up at him with her eyes and continued her minstrations, knowing Sheamus would tell her when he needed more.

Sheamus moaned, letting her continue for a bit before he pulled away. "Are...are you okay to uh...?" he asked, clueless about anything related to motherhood.

"Back where I come from the midwives say that it is okay until my stomach swells," Nolee smiled as she crawled to lay with him.

Sheamus smiled and nodded, wrapping his arms around her. "I just don't want to hurt you..." He said softly.

"As long as you are not to deep within me and you do not move to hard, it shan't hurt me," grinned Nolee as she moved on top of him.

"Alright." Sheamus said with a small smile, reaching a hand up to stroke her cheek, hoping he didn't still look worried.

"You are still tense love," Nolee frowned, moving off the top of him to curl close, "if you are not in the mood for this then I can not..."

"Never said I wasn't in the mood..." Sheamus frowned before sighing quietly. "...but I guess I am still a bit tense..." he admitted.

"You are afraid," Nolee replied reasonably, "I understand this, perhaps better than anyone..."

"You do?" Sheamus asked curiously, raising an eyebrow. "Why is that?"

"I felt fear when I was on that battle field with you, felt it when you took me into your kingdome..." Nolee replied, softly as if she didn't know what to say.

Sheamus nodded slowly. "Sorry about that..." He frowned. "I guess you do know what it's like then."

"And yet I have moved on and became a stronger person..." smiled Nolee as she ran a hand through his hair.

"I know yeh have." Sheamus smiled, leaning close to kiss her. "I will too, but it doesn't happen straight away."

Nolee nodded, "I can understand that." She ran a hand through his hair and laid close.

Sheamus smiled and laid there quietly with her for a few minutes before suddenly speaking again. "I don't think I actually would've done it..."

Nolee turned to look at him, "Wouldn't have done what my love?"

"I wouldn't have killed yeh," Sheamus admitted, speaking quietly. "I don't think I coulda done it...I've never done anythin' like that to a woman..."

"You and your men killed many of my clanswoman," Nolee replied confused, "how could I be any different than I?"

"I'm not the one that was killing the woman," Sheamus said. "I was only after the men."

"Well then you are most noble, most kind," Nolee replied softly as she snuggled close to him, laying her head on his chest. "I do not see myself in times of the future without you laying close to me. Me playing the role of the queen and you in the role of the king."

"Sometimes I guess I am..." Sheamus said, smiling as she snuggled close. "Oh really?" He asked, wrapping his arms around her.

"Really," Nolee replied as she nuzzled his chest, "I would be nothing without you..."

"Not true..." Sheamus said. "Yeh were something before we came to your village." He pointed out, running a hand through her hair.

"I was not much of something," Nolee replied softly, "merely a woman destined to be a wife."
