A Supernatural Hunt

"It's okay..." Dominic said softly.

"I- nothing." Marco replied, annoyed that he'd woken up for no real reason.

Joseph slowly relaxed, half falling asleep on him.

"Um..." Artemis started, but wasn't sure what to say.

Jayden closed his eyes slowly, it still felt strange having someone caring about him.

Peter nodded slowly, "You should try and get some more sleep..."

Leo hugged him and let him sleep on him.

Alex rubbed over his mark, not sure what to say either.

Dominic smiled and brushed a hand through his hair.

"Yeah..." Marco agreed, slowly relaxing again.

Artemis sat there for a moment before slowly moving closer and hugging Alex.

Jayden smiled and relaxed against him.

Peter leaned back, not sure if he should rest too.

Alex hugged back shyly.

The fae smiled at Jayden, absentmindedly playing with his dark hair.

"Sorry." Marco sighed, knowing he'd woken him up.

Artemis leaned closer, wrapping his arms tighter around the kitsune.

Jayden couldn't help the soft happy noise he made when he felt him play with his hair.

"Don't be." Peter said kindly.

Alex hugged back tighter.

Dominic chuckled at the sound. "What was that for?"

"Oh...alright." Marco said.

"You okay?" Artemis asked.

"Comfffy." Jayden said with a blush, his content feeling not fading despite his blush.

Peter held back a soft yawn.

Alex nodded slowly, "Yeah, i'm okay."

"I see." Dominic smiled, hugging him close.

Marco gave a small smile before closing his eyes again.

Artemis nodded and leaned his head on Alex's shoulder.

Jayden smiled as he hugged back.

Peter let himself fall asleep.

Alex shyly leaned his head on his.

Dominic held him close, gently playing with his hair with one hand.

Marco tried to get back to sleep, only to give up soon after. He got up with a sigh, pausing to glance at Peter before slowly leaving the room, finally going to see Mason.

The angel slowly relaxed, curling up against Alex.

Jayden curled close, relaxing happily.
Morgan watched from the window, "He is happy."

Mason was sitting in his office.

Alex relaxed, snuggling into Artemis.

Carmen looked up from the book she was reading, curious. "Who?" She asked, not knowing what he was looking at.

"...sir?" Marco said hesitantly from the doorway.

Artemis made a small sound, enjoying the closenes.

Morgan smiled softly, "Dom, he's happy right now."

Mason looked up, "Yes?" He asked.

Alex made a happy noise.

"Oh, he is?" Carmen asked.

"I um..." Marco started, pausing nervously. "We dealt with Alistair..."

Artemis looked up at him with a shy smile.

Morgan nodded and reached his hand our for her to join him.

"Good, he was starting to over step his bounds..." Mason said, "What happened?"

Alex smiled shyly at him, his cheeks a light pink.

Carmen put her book aside and got up, taking Morgan's hand when she reached him.

Marco nodded. "We...had to fight him."

Artemis laughed quietly. "What?"

Morgan smiled and hugged her before pointing out the window.

Mason nodded, "So he's dead?"

Alex shyly buried his face in his shoulder, "Nothin..."

"Oh." Carmen said as she watched, leaning against Morgan.

Marco nodded. "Yes sir."

"'Nothing'?" Artemis asked.

Morgan hugged her close, "I'm glad to see him so happy..."

Mason nodded, "Are you okay?"

Alex looked up before kissing his cheek.

Carmen nodded. "It is a nice change."

"...of course." Marco replied after a moment.

Artemis smiled and wrapped his arms around Alex's neck.

"He had been so closed off as of late..." Morgan sighed, "And Dante has been away for days now..."

"Is there anything else?" Mason asked.

The kitsune beamed at him, these few moments he was that happiest he had even been.

"I don't know why though." Carmen sighed. "I just hope Dante's okay."

"Uh- Did...did you know what his power was?" Marco asked.

Artemis smiled softly, curling close.

Morgan nodded as he leaned his head on her's, "I'm sure he is... I hope we can work on a way out of this marriage..."

"I'm not sure if he ever told me." Mason answered.

Alex smiled happily, was this what having a soul mate felt like.

"I hope so..." Carmen sighed.

"He...just...hurts people." Marco said, not sure how to explain it.
