A Supernatural Hunt

Alex flushed softly, "I do... H-He's my soulmate..."

Dante blushed and hide his face in Jasper's shoulder before looking back up to his brother, "H-How did you get here?"

Jacen gave a small smile. "You know...when you were with him earlier...he was happier than he has been in a long time."

"Our father sent me here." Dominic said, his usual cold, prince-like attitude showing through.

Alex smiled shyly, "He did?" He felt his heart jump, hearing that Artemis was happy him."

"Oh... Are he and mother alright? Did... They send you to take me back for the marriage?" Dante asked softly, biting his lip.

Jacen responded with a small nod.

"They are fine." Dominic replied. "It's not for that. ...they wanted to see if you're alright."

"H-He makes me happy too." Alex replied softly.

Dante nodded shyly before blushing when he remembered Jasper didn't know he was a prince. "Jasper this is my brother Dominic..."

"I can tell." Jacen said with a smile.

"Hi." Jasper said before looking around, pulling a face. "It's too early." He muttered, not used to being up during the day.

Alex smiled, feeling happier now that he was thinking of Artemis.

"Sorry..." Dante said softly, kissing his cheek softly.

"Did he...tell about our past at all?" Jacen asked.

"It's fine." Jasper mumbled, sitting back down on his bed.
"Are you alright?" Dominic asked his brother.

Dante shook his head slowly, "He was too worried about you."

Dante nodded shyly, "Yeah, I'm fine Dom." He shyly slipped out of the bed.

"Oh..." Jacen said with a small frown. "Sorry."

"I'm sure you are." Dominic muttered, rolling his eyes.

"W-What did happen?" Alex asked softly.

Dante turned bright pink, "D-Dom..."

"Well we were humans before..."

"I'll wait outside the room." Dominic muttered before going out into the hallway, closing the door behind him.

"Y-You were?" Alex asked softly.

Dante blushed before looking at Jasper.

Jacen nodded. "Yeah, we were."

"You should probably get dressed." Jasper said with a smirk.

"W-What happened?" Alex asked.

Dante flushed when he realized he was still undressed. "R-Right!" He murmured as he looked around for his pants.

Jacen shrugged his shoulders. "We were attacked."

Jasper pointed to a spot on the floor. "Over there." He said before pulling on a shirt, already having dressed besides that.

"By demons?" Alex asked softly, tilting his head.

Dante shyly hurried over before dressing, when he finished he leaned in to give Jasper a kiss on the cheek.

"We aren't sure..." Jacen said slowly.

Jasper grinned at Dante when the fae kissed his cheek and pulled him into a hug instead.

"I-I'm sorry..." Alex said softly.

Dante smiled and curled into the hug, he felt happy and normal around the vampire.

"Not your fault." Jacen shrugged.

Jasper smiled and kissed his head.

Alex nodded slowly. "I... I was five when my family was killed..." He shared.

Dante looked up and pressed a shy kiss to his lips.

"Younger than we were. We haven't aged since becoming angels."

Jasper kissed him back. "...you should probably apologise to your brother." He said after.

Alex nodded slowly, looking a little sad again.

Dante nodded, "I'll be back soon?" He said softly before going into the hallway. "D-Dom?"

"What is it?" Jacen asked.

Jasper smiled and nodded, lying back down.
"Oh, you're dressed now?" Dominic said before turning to look.

"Sorry... Just sad memories and thoughts..." Alex answered softly.

"D-Dom I'm sorry about that... I-I wasn't thinking and you just came from nowhere...." Dante nervously murmured, thinking his brother was mad.
