A Supernatural Hunt

Marco nodded. "You're a shapeshifter aren't you?" He asked Jayden.

"They won't come here will they...?" Jasper asked.
"Okay." Artemis said, slowly letting his hand go.

"Yeah... I'm a shape shifter..." Jayden said softly.

"They shouldn't... Its hard to track that spell..." Dante said softly.
Alex started cooking for them.

"Right, well we need your help..." Marco said.

"It is?"
Artemis gave a small smile and sat down to watch.

"With what... M-More expairments?" Jayden asked nervously.

Dante nodded sadly.
Alex worked with a smile, feeling happily.

Marco shook his head. "No, no. We... need to find a friend." He said, having paused to think of an excuse.

"Well that's good..."
Artemis stayed quiet as he watched him.

"How can I help you find him?" Jayden asked softly.

Dante nodded, "Yeah..."
Alex finished and smiled as he brought the food over.

Marco was silent for a moment thinking about it carefully. "He's very shy, he'll only come out for his brother, only he's... his brother's gone."

"Gives us more time to deal with other things before this."
"Thank you." Artemis smiled.

"O-Oh... I'm sorry to here that... You want me to transform into his brother? Do you know what he looks like?" Jayden asked, believing his story.

Dante nodded, "Yeah... We have time..."
Alex smiled and nodded, 'Your welcome."

Marco nodded. "We need to him back home before he gets hurt." He said. "I think we might have a picture somewhere..." He added before glancing at Mason.

"So we can deal with the demons first, hopefully." Jasper said.
Artemis sat watching him for a moment before slowly eating.

"I've got one right here." Mason said as he held it out.

Dante nodded, "Yeah.."
Alex watched shyly.

Marco smiled at Mason as he took the photo before handing it to Jayden.

"You don't think they'll wait that long?"
Artemis eventually noticed he was watching and ended up blushing slightly.

Jayden studied the image before copying it perfectly.

"I don't know... They might not... Its hard to tell."
Alex looked away with a shy blush of his own.

Marco stood there in silence, surprised by how well Jayden had copied it.

"Right..." Jasper sighed. "I guess we should tell the others."

"How is it?" Jayden asked softly as he looked at the two.

Dante nodded and looked at the kitchen.

"It's...great." Marco said slowly, nodding. "That should work."

"Should we wait?" Jasper asked.

Mason smiled and nodded, "When should we send him out?"

"I don't know... They've been in there for a while..."

Marco turned to look at Mason. "We have to make sure he'll act right..." He said quietly.

"Cause they made food." Jasper shrugged. "You can't smell it?"

"Do you think you could help him with it?" Mason asked.

"Oh... No I couldn't..."

"I'd have to speak to the real one..." Marco muttered, pulling a face.

"What...?"

"Peter's spoken to the brother before? He could help?"

"Nothing." Dante replied.

"Peter?" Marco bit his lip to stop himself smiling at all. "Uh, yeah... He's seen him."

Jasper nodded and got up, taking Dante's hand to pull him to his feet. "C'mon then." He said.

Mason nodded before kissing Marco's cheek. "Then get him in here so we can make sure this works."

Dante shyly looked at Jasper's hand as he pulled him up.

"Alright." Marco said, leaning his head against Mason's shoulder for a moment before going to find Peter.

Jasper gave a small smile and let go before heading to the kitchen.

Mason smiled before leaving to go to his office.
Peter was in the kitchen.
Jayden curled up again.

Dante shyly followed him.

Marco paused in the kitchen doorway, watching silently.

Artemis had finished his food and was cleaning the dishes in the sink.
