Old Friends

"Can we go with you boss?" Connor asked softly.
"Home sounds wonderful." Peter said softly with a smile.

Dante sat next to him with a smile.
Frankie sighed, "If anything it's my fault...."

"Maybe not just yet..." Will answered.
Aiden gave a small smile before getting in the car to drive him home.

Jasper leaned over to kiss him before turning back to help Cole.
"Eww..." Cole said, pulling a face.
"How's it your fault?" Jacen asked.

Connor sighed but nodded.
Peter leaned back in his seat, glancing often at Aiden.\

Kari giggled softly, "Eww papa..."
Dante stuck his tongue out.
"Raven did this because you got me out..."

"It might be easier to get to speak to them if there's less people there."
Too busy focusing on driving, Aiden didn't really notice.

"You two will get over it." Jasper chuckled.
"No Frankie..." Jacen frowned, shaking his head. "I chose to help you. I could have left you there, but I didn't."

Connor nodded slowly, understanding what his boss meant.
Peter enjoyed the quiet ride home.

Kari stuck out her tongue.
Dante laughed softly before asking, "So where did you two go on your walk?"
Frankie was looking down.

Will glanced over at Oliver before frowning and looking back at Connor. "You should probably be here to keep an eye on your brother anyway..." He said quietly.

"It's a secret." Jasper smirked.
Jacen sighed quietly, reaching up to wrap his arms around Frankie's neck.

"I'm sure Oliver thinks its the other way around..." Connor said softly.

Aww..." Dante gave a small pout at that, he was really curious.
Frankie hugged Jacen tightly.

"Not when he's the one who came home hurt..." Will frowned, watching Oliver, who was absent-mindedly staring off at nothing instead of paying attention.

"You'll find out," Jasper said. "Just not right now."
"Don't worry about who's 'fault' it was," Artemis sighed quietly. "Just let the rest of us help fix it..."

Connor nodded worriedly, "I'm worried... That boss..."

Stevie sat waiting in Raven's office.

Dante nodded. "Okay."
Frankie nodded tiredly.

"What...?" Will asked curiously.

"Oh, it's you." Raven said as he entered his office, spotting him there.

Jasper smiled and kissed his head.
Jacen went to protest, but sighed instead, eventually nodding. "Fine..."

Connor sighed, "He was looking at Oliver... Like he wanted to show that he could get back at my... Remarks though him..."

"Yes its me... Your goon pulled me from the clinic saying you needed to see me." Stevie said.

Dante smiled softly and curled close.
Frankie continued to hug Jacen tightly.

"...maybe he knows something?" Will said, trying not to look worried.

"The 'goons' do have names." Raven said, rolling his eyes. "But yes, there was something I need you to do."

Jasper wrapped an arm around him, leaving the other free so he could still help Cole.
Jacen gave a small smile and curled close to him.

"I don't know..." Connor sighed worriedly.

"What is it?" Stevie asked before a worried look crossed his face. "Is it about Rion?"

Dante smiled happily as he watched.
Frankie carefully sat down with him.

"Maybe try and find out...?"

"No." Raven quickly said, looking irritated. "Peter."

"Look papa." Cole said as he held up a black dog from one of his Lego sets.
Jacen smiled and moved to sit on his lap, curling up there instead.
"Your shortness comes in handy ...sometimes" Artemis chuckled as he watched, trying not to laugh when Jacen pouted.

Connor nodded.

"What about Peter?" Stevie asked.

Dante smiled, "Aww its a doggy."
Frankie chuckled softly.

"Well why don't you work on that while I sort things out with Orion?" Will suggested.

"He wants to find out if that kid's really his."

"It's Siwius" Cole smiled, accidentally saying the 'r' wrong.
"Not funny." Jacen said, poking him.

Connor nodded, "Alright boss."

"So he wants a dna test?" Stevie asked.

"Sirius, like from the books your daddy has been reading you?"
Frankie smiled and just kissed the top of his head.

"You don't have to call me that you know." Will frowned.

"Yeah, something like that." Raven said.

"Uh huh!" Cole grinned.
Artemis smiled at them before deciding to leave them alone.
Jacen looked up at Frankie, kissing his cheek.

Connor smiled, "Yeah I know, its just fun to call you that though."

Stevie nodded, "It should be easy to get one..." He was quiet for a few minutes, "So where is my son at?" He asked after tying his hair back.

Dante smiled and kissed the top of his head.
"Love you." Frankie said softly.
Alex sat in his and Arty's room.

"What? Why...?" Will asked.

Raven nodded before shrugging his shoulders at the question. "He's around somewhere."

Cole smiled and moved closer, making the dog walk on Dante's leg.
"I love you too." Jacen said quietly.
"Hey." Artemis said as he stood in the doorway.

Connor chuckled and stuck out his tongue, "Because then we sound like a real team."

Stevie frowned worriedly, "You are at least making sure he's alright?" He worried about their son.

Dante smiled as he watched him play.
Alex smiled as he looked up, "Hey!"

"You don't think we're a real team?" Will asked, frowning.

"He was with me before, now he's not." Raven shrugged. "He needs to learn some respect."

"I'll be back." Jasper said before getting up.
"You alright?"

"Of course we are... Well more like you and Oliver are, I'm not much useful." Connor answered.

"I taught him respect, your the one that made sure he forgot it..." Stevie replied with a frown. "I swear if you let anything happen to Rion I will...."

Dante nodded as he watched, "Alright."
Alex smiled and nodded, "Yeah of course."

"What? You are useful." Will said.

"Not respect for me" Raven hissed. "He should know better than to disrespect me. ...and what will you do?"

Jasper gave a small smile before leaving the room.
"Just checking." Artemis smiled. "Why are you in here alone?"

"Not really..." Connor murmured.

Stevie flinched slightly, "You weren't even ever there for him hardly unless you wanted to spend time twisting him like you! You care more about Frankie then you do your own son!"

Dante watched as he waited.
"I just need a quiet moment ." Alex answered with a smile.
