A Supernatural Hunt

Dominic smiled at Jayden before going and sitting in the grass, quickly relaxing as he did so, his powers making him feel much more comfortable among the plants than he did most other places.

Joseph was glad Leo tried his best to be careful as he helped him inside, but he still ended up pulling a face in pain as they stepped up onto the porch; he looked down to hide the expression though. "...you're wearing it." He said when he noticed Leo was wearing the ring he'd given him, sounding almost surprised.

Jayden sat down on the glass as well, it was hard for him to feel comfortable in maybe places now, but out in the garden he felt like he could truly relax. He wondered if Alister would come after him when he found him missing, seemed like he couldn't remember a time he hadn't been with the demon anymore.

"Sorry." Leo said quickly when he saw him in pain, still worried about him. He smiled against though when noticed he was wearing his ring, "Yeah, I've been wearing it since we got home." He answered.

Dominic watched him sit before putting a hand in the grass, usinghis power to make flowers grow around his hand.

Even with Alistair now taken care of, Marco was still anxious. Normally he'd have gone straight to Mason to tell him something had been done, but he hadn't yet, sticking around to make sure Peter was alright after they'd fought the elder demon.

"I'm fine," Joseph quickly reassured him, waving his free hand dismissively before smiling. "...you like it?" He asked.

Jayden smiled happily as he looked at the lovely flowers, one thing he remembered from before was that he loved flowers.

Peter groaned softly, still hurt from the fight.

Leo smiled and nodded. "I love it, its lovely."

"Something wrong?" Dominic asked, not understanding what the look on his face was for.

Marco quickly looked up at the noise, frowning. "You okay?"

Joseph chuckled. "It took me ages to pick it..."

"No nothing is wrong." Jayden said with a soft smile.

"Sore..." Peter grumbled softly.

"I love the one you picked." Leo beamed.

"That's good." Dom smiled.

"Not too bad...?" Marco asked with concern, reaching a hand out.

Joseph grinned, wrapping the arm he had around Leo's shoulders a little tighter.

Jayden smiled happily, he it was nicer when it was just him and Dom.

"I don't think so..." Peter said softly.

Leo smiled and helped Joseph sit, "Hungry?"

Dominic smiled and laid down in the grass before closing his eyes, relaxing.

"That's good." Marco said with a small smile, putting a hand on his arm.

Joseph nodded, carefully leaning back against the couch. "Yeah, a little."

Jayden continued to enjoy the flowers, he felt at home around them.

Peter gave a small smile and nodded. "Yeah."

"I think there is some dinner still made up." Leo said with a small smile.

Dominic opened his eyes after a bit, looking up at him.

Marco left his hand on Peter's arm for a moment, watching him with concern before nervously pulling it away.

"There is?" Joseph asked with a small smile.

Jayden was still smiling as he leans back into the grass.

"Your okay too right?" Peter asked, wanting to make sure he was okay.

Leo nodded with a smile.

Dominic turned his head to watch, reaching a hand out once Jayden was lying down.

"I- Of course." Marco replied, shrugging.

"Always good." Joseph said.

Jayden smiled shyly as he took Dom's hand, he felt happier then in a long time.

Peter nodded, "Good... It was a harder fight then I thought..."

Leo nodded, "Yeah."

Alex sat on his bed as he looked at the marking on his forearm.

Dominic smiled back at him, gently squeezing his hand.

Marco nodded. "Yeah..." He replied slowly.

The demon smiled, carefully shifting to a more comfortable sitting position before relaxing.

Artemis knocked as he stopped in the doorway, not wanting to startle him. "...you okay?"

Jayden softly squeezed back, in the back of his mind he was afraid of waking back up in the lab again.

Peter nodded, "The boss is going to be mad..."

Leo returned with a plate of food for him.

Alex carefully covered up his arm when he heard Artemis's voice. "I'm okay..."

"Something wrong?" Dominic asked after a bit.

"About what?" Marco asked, looking worried.

Joseph quietly thanked him as he reached out to take it.

"You sure?" Artemis asked. "You kind of just disappeared..."

"What if this is all just some wonderful dream..." Jayden said softly.

"We lost the kitsune..." Peter said softly.

Leo smiled and sat next to him.

"I... Just need a moment to myself..." Alex said as he looked up.

"What?" Dominic said, looking confused. "But it's not..."

Marco pulled a face and nodded. "We also lost the angel and vampire. ...and I made a mess of the whole Alistair thing."

Joseph slowly ate, glancing over at where Jasper was still asleep, snoring on the floor while Frankie used his room.

"Oh." Artemis said quietly, looking worried. "Did...did I do something wrong?"

"I'm just scared it is..." Jayden said softly.

"Alistair deserved it though..." Peter said quietly.

Leo watched for any pain he may be feeling.

Dante sat near the vampire.

"No!" Alex blushed. "Your prefect..." He murmured softly, sighing before showing the mark he was hiding.

Dominic frowned and rolled onto his side to look at Jayden properly. "But it's not."

"I guess so..." Marco sighed.

"Does he always make that sound?" Joseph asked, pulling a face at Jasper.

Artemis quickly shook his head, looking embarrassed. "I- I'm not!"

"I've had dreams of bring free while at the lab, some feeling so real... But always woke up there... Thats why I'm scared it is one."

Peter sighed softly.

Leo nodded, "I think so."

"You are..." Alex said softly.

The fae shifted, moving slightly closer. "Were you with someone in those dreams?"

"I doubt Austin ever found the witch either..." Marco muttered.

Joseph slowly shook his head. "Gross."

"...how so?"

Jayden shook his head, "No, I was always alone in my dreams."

"Austin is useless." Peter snorted.

Leo chuckles softly.

Alex felt like he was stumbling over his words as he tried to explain.

"Well then why would this be a dream then...?"

Marco gave a small chuckle. "He always has been."

Joseph shook his head as he watched the vampire.

Artemis smiled as he listened before stepping into the room.
