A Supernatural Hunt

Leo nodded, "That all just leaves when..."
A fae appeared in the room, "Dante! This is where you've been ignoring the summons!"

"The one who turned me..."

"You okay?"

Jasper went to say something, but stopped when the fae appeared.
Artemis jumped and made a nervous sound at the sudden appearance.

"Oh." Jacen nodded. "They weren't nice?"

"Mm...I guess so."

Dante blinked at the other fae. "Adric..."
The other fae shook his head, "You've got to come and met the Elf they want you to marry..."

"No... Not at all."

"That's good." Jayden said softly.

"Who the hell are you?" Jasper growled. "You can't just come in here like that."

"I'm sorry." Jacen said softly.

Dominic slowly nodded. "Yeah..."

"I am a servant of the Fae queen, I am here for Dante and then I will leave your house." Adric answered.

"Its okay..." Frankie said softly.

Jayden smiled shyly. "That's good."

"No you'll leave now! We have more important things to do here."

"No it's not." Jacen said. "People shouldn't me mean like that."

Dominic shrugged. "I guess."

"I am supposed to return with him, he is needed for the treaty with the elves!"
Dante bit his lip and looked away.

"He isn't a nice guy."

Jayden ran a hand through his hair.

"Well then why can't the elves come themselves?" Jasper asked. "Wouldn't it make more sense if they came and asked themselves?"

"Probably for no reason." Jacen said, rolling his eyes.

Dominic shifted, looking around.

"Its not how things are done." Adric answered.

Frankie nodded as he reached to pet the kitsune's ears.

"I know where to get some food if your hungry?"

"Well that's stupid." Jasper said angrily. "It would be less rude if the elves actually came and asked."

Jacen smiled a little as he watched him.

"Oh, um... I guess I am." Dominic replied.

Adric frowned, "And just who are you?"

Frankie smiled softly, ignoring his hunger.

"Follow me." Jayden said softly.

Instead of answering the question, Jasper growled at him. "I live here. Unlike you."

"Are you sure you'll be alright?" Jacen asked after a moment, unable to stop worrying about it.

Dominic nodded and slowly got up to follow.

"Well my change doesn't live here." Adric growled.

Frankie smiled softly and nodded. "Yeah."

Jayden lead him to the small kitchen.

"Neither do you." Jasper pointed out. "So how about you be a little more polite, before I throw you out of here?"

Jacen nodded, though he didn't look convinced.

"It's small..." Dominic mumbled, frowning at the small room.

"All I want to know is how you are connected to my change?"

Frankie leaned back, ignoring his hunger.

"Its normally just for me..." Jayden admitted.

"You mean Dante?" Jasper asked, raising an eyebrow.

Jacen watched him for a bit before looking down at the fox.

"It is?"

"Yes Dante." Adric answered.

Alex shifted a little before opening his eyes.

Jayden nodded, "Yeah... I'm the only one normally kept here."

"He's my friend. We saved him when he was being attacked."

"Hey." Jacen said quietly.

Dominic frowned and nodded. "Oh."

"He was attacked?! By whom?"

Alex yawned before shifting back into his human form. "Hey.."

Jayden opened up the fridge in the room, "What would you like?"

"Demons." Jasper said, deciding it was better not to mention Joseph.

Jacen gave a small smile, moving a bit closer to Frankie without really realising.

"...is there anything actually fresh in there?" Dominic asked.

Adric frowned, this news troubled him. "So they went after Dante first..."

Frankie smiled at softly at Jacen.
Alex rubbed the wings on his mark, missing Artemis.

"I have some fruit I think." Jayden said as he looked inside.

"First? What do you mean first?" Jasper asked.

Jacen frowned as he watched Alex before sighing quietly and hanging his head.

"You do?" Dominic asked, looking hopeful.

"His brother is missing..." Adric said softly so Dante could not hear.

Alex sighed before jumping and hiding as the door opened.

Jayden nodded and pulled it out.

"He has a brother?" Jasper asked quietly, frowning before glancing at Dante.

"What're you-?" Jacen started before going quiet when he noticed the door opening.

Dominic smiled and came closer when he saw it.

"Yes... An older brother..." Adric answered softly.

Alex hid deeply under the bed.
Frankie stood in front Jacen.

Jayden smiled and got some milk out.
