A Supernatural Hunt

"Hopefully, with Joseph's help we just might." Dante said softly.

"Yeah, everything is alright." Leo smiled softly.

Jasper sighed and slowly nodded.

"You sure?" Joseph asked. "You're normally not this quiet."

Dante sighed before softly kissing his cheek.

"I'm just worried... What if something goes wrong?"

"If he really is hoping to help us." Jasper muttered.

"Why would something go wrong?" Joseph asked.

"Leo trusts him... I would hope his trust isn't wrong..." Dante said softly.

"Because something always goes wrong... Especially with something dangerous..."

"We'll see." Jasper said, mostly not trusting Joseph after his past experiences with demons.

"When has anything gone wrong with us?" Joseph asked. "We've gone a while without the demons or your pack finding out..."

Dante nodded, he was a little worried about the demon after he had attacked him.

"Things always go wrong, specially when its a dire thing... That's what happens in books..."

"Did you want to make sure the angel's ready?" Jasper asked.

"That's in books." Joseph sighed. He looked around the kitchen before looking back at Leo. "You know, there was something I meant to ask you, but I never got a chance thanks to the demons messing with my head..."

Dante nodded, "Yeah, I'll go do that now."

"What were you going to ask me?" Leo asked curiously.

Jasper smiled and nodded.

"Well um... It's been a while, since we met and I know you like being with me- at least I hope you do... and I wanted to ask if maybe you'd want to make it a um, a forever kind of thing..." Joseph said, shifting his feet nervously, hoping Leo understood what he meant.

Dante smiled and got up to check on Artemis.

Leo blinked in confusion before he managed to piece together what Joseph meant and he happily hugged him tightly. "Of course! I love you."

Artemis was curled up on a chair, his head on its arm.

Joseph grinned and hugged him back, pulling him close.

"Artemis?" Dante asked softly, wondering if he was asleep.

"I love you so much." Leo whispered, feeling happy.

"Hmm?" Artemis slowly lifted his head to look up at him.

"I love you too." Joseph replied quietly, kissing him.

"We're getting ready to leave soon, I'd was wondering if you'd need anything." Dante answered.

Leo kissed back, feeling happy.

"Oh...no, I'm fine, I think."

Joseph tightened his arms around Leo, deepening the kiss for a moment before pulling back for air.

"Okay, I'll come get you when we're ready to leave."

Leo panted softly, a big smile on his face.

"Alright." Artemis nodded.

Joseph smirked. "Sorry..."

Dante gave a small smile before turning to leave.

Leo blushed softly though he was still smiling.

"Wait-" Artemis said, getting up to stop Dante, grabbing his arm. "I...I'm scared." He whimpered.

"We should probably worry about getting your friend back," Joseph said, gently putting a hand on Leo's cheek. "There's always time for this afterwards."

"What's wrong...?" Dante asked softly, turning back to the angel.

Leo nodded as he leaned into Joseph's hand, "Yeah... I love you."

"Well- what if they've hurt them...?"

Joseph smiled. "I love you too."

"I... I don't know, we'll help them if they did hurt them..."

"We need to get ready." Leo said softly.

"Right." Artemis said, remembering he was a healer. "Sorry."

"I think for the most part, we are ready." Joseph replied.

"Your just worried." Dante said softly.

Leo nodded, "I think so."
