A Supernatural Hunt

Mason sighed softly. "I always thought Peter would be the first to want to leave... He's a high level lightning demon and was the most likely..." He didn't have to voice the sadness at the thought of Marco ending up leaving, it hung on his voice.

"Don't want you to go.." Leo murmured sadly.

"Well..." Alex started nervously.

Marco frowned at his words hanging his head. "I didn't say I wanted to leave." He said quietly, hesitating before speaking again. "It's Joseph's fault really. He keeps running off to see a Werewolf..." He didn't dare explain why Joseph's actions were the reason he was confused, knowing it would just make Mason angry.

"I know." Joseph sighed.

Jasper raised an eyebrow, waiting for him to say something else.

"A werewolf? What werewolf?" Mason asked with a confused look.

Leo pouted up at him.

Alex shifted, "H-He wasn't out the whole time..."

"Oh, he never told you?" Marco asked, smirking before looking back up at Mason. "He's in love with a Were and runs off to see him."

"I can stay at least a little longer." Joseph told him.

"He wasn't?"

"He has never told me this..." Mason frowned. "He's not supposed to be running off..."

"Good." Leo said softly.

Alex shook his head slowly.

"Here's probably there now..." Marco said. "Haven't seen him for a while. Not since that kitsune hurt him."

Joseph smiled and carefully laid down with him.

"So what were you doing?" Jasper asked, frowning slightly.

Mason frowned, "I want them both here... Him and his were..."

Leo snuggled closer and relaxed.

"I was just sitting Jasper... It was daytime... I don't think they'll be back so soon..."

Marco gave a small nod, moving to get up before pausing; watching Mason instead.

Joseph smiled softly, gently resting a hand on his back.

Jasper went to argue, but realised he was probably right and just sighed and nodded instead. "Okay..."

Mason was still frowning.

Leo wrapped his arms tighter.

Alex relaxed a little at that.

Marco let out a small sigh, reaching a hand out to him.

Joseph closed his eyes, slowly relaxing.

Artemis moved closer to Alex, nervous around the vampire.
"You're okay, right?" Jasper asked Alex.

Mason took his hand. "You know the were being here would be a good way to make sure Joseph behaves.

Leo dosed off, feeling happy.

Alex nodded, "Yeah... I'm fine.."

"You think so?" Marco asked.

Joseph laid awake for a bit before slowly falling asleep as well.

Jasper nodded slowly. "Good..."

Mason nodded, "Yeah, we could probably cut back on his dose if he understands that we'll 'let' his were stay here."

Leo held on to him tightly.

Alex gave a small smile to his long time friend before it fell again.

"Hmm, maybe." Marco said, considering it. "What if he still doesn't listen?"

Joseph snored quietly, exhausted from staying up so long while waiting for Leo.

"Are you okay?" Artemis asked, almost whispering.

"Hmm, any ideas Marco?" Mason asked.

Leo slept quietly, tired from his long run.

Alex nodded, "Yeah, 'm fine."
Dante stirred from where he still was.

"Well-" Marco hesitated before responding, not sure if he even liked the idea, though normally he would. "We could hurt the wolf...or at least threaten it."

Artemis gave a small smile, shyly putting a hand on Alex's arm.
Hearing movement behind him, Jasper quickly turned to look behind him at Dante.

"I'm sure the threat will be enough, hell if the drug manages to work on the kitsune we could think about adding more like him."

Alex smiles as he looked at the hand on his arm.
Dante blinked sleepily as he sat up slowly.

Marco made an irritated sound at the idea. "You can't mean the kitsune. I killed them."

Artemis looked up at him, shyly tugging on his sleeve.
"Dante. Hey." Jasper said.

"No not the kitsune's, werewolves." Mason said as he thought. "Someone must of went through a lot to hide that kitsune though..."

Alex looked shyly at him, following the tug.
"Hey..." Dante yawned, "Everything okay?"

Marco nodded. "Well the vampire Joseph saw with it was still around when we attacked..."

"Can we have some food?" Artemis asked quietly.
"Yeah..." Jasper said slowly.

"So the kitsune has been hiding with a vampire..."

"I'll go make some..." Alex said softly.

"There's four of them hiding there from what we saw." Marco frowned. "All because Joseph attacked the Fae in the open."

Artemis slowly nodded. "Want me to help?"
Jasper sat back down, glancing at Dante.

Mason frowned, "Do you think they've been hiding together long?" He asked Marco.

Dante glanced up at Jasper with a shy smile.
Alex nodded with a small smile. "Sure." He answered as he started to push up his sleeves, he stopped with a worried look when he saw black markings on the inner arm of his left arm just below the elbow. "Jasper..?!"

Marco shook his head. "Not with the angel. We think it's the brother of the one we have here. The vampire and kitsune though... Probably longer."

"Alex?" Hearing the way he'd called his name, Jasper was standing in front of Alex before any normal person would have even got up off the couch. "What is it?"

"Well that would probably explain how the kitsune hide for so long... Vampires are normally very good at hiding.."  Mason mused, "So the angel did have a brother... We'll have to find a way around the angel..."

Alex looked up at his long time friend and showed him the markings, "I-I don't get it... They never showed up before with C-Casey..." His eyes were wide and he bit his lip.
