Remy smiled into the kiss and pulled him closer.
Seth swore quietly and helped Jay up, wrapping his arms around him. "...maybe we should send someone else to check on them instead of us going?" he said quietly.

Jacen wrapped his arms around himself, leaning against Dante more.

Julian relaxed against him.
Jay nodded as he curled close to Seth, clinging to him.

Dante started humming like his father.

Remy laid down on the couch, gently pulling Julian down with him.
Seth frowned and stroked Jay's hair. "Are you okay?"

Hearing the familiar tune, Jacen slowly started relaxing.

Julian smiled as he settled by Remy.
"I-I'm scared...."

Dante smiled softly and continued.

Remy laid there, stroking Julian's hair, closing his eyes.
"I know," Seth said, picking him up. "It'll be okay..." he added quietly, hoping it really would be.

Jacen calmed down after a few minutes, looking up at Dante with his dark eyes.

Julian slowly dozed off.
Jay whinced his back hurting.

Dante did his best to comfort his uncle.

Seth frowned and carefully carried Jay to their room, laying him down on his side on the bed.

Jacen gave a small smile as he looked up at Dante, relaxing a little more.

Jay bit his lip as he curled up the best he could with his back.

Dante gave a small smile back.

Seth frowned and sat with Jay, gently rubbing his back.

Jacen sighed softly and shook his head. "You act like Alex most of the time...yet your eyes are exactly the same as Arty's..." he said quietly, staring up at Dante.

Jay bit his lip worriedly.

Dante blinked, not sure what his uncle was trying to say.

"I'm not hurting you am I?" Seth asked, worried.

Jacen looked away from Dante, slowly drinking some of his juice.

Jay shook his head, "No."

Dante sat there confused.

Seth nodded and kept carefully rubbing Jay's back.

Jacen stayed silent, staring into his glass.

Jay started to doze off.

Dante got some water.

Seth smiled and laid with Jay, carefully hugging him close.
Cody was walking around, trying to distract himself from Remy being gone.

Jacen got up after a few minutes and went off to play his piano.

Jay buried his face in Seth's shoulder.
Brett had a kitten in his arms, "Codes?"

Seth smiled and kissed Jay's head.
"Hmm?" Cody said, stopping to turn and face him.

Jay soon fell asleep.
Brett held the kitten out to Cody, "I got you something."

Seth laid awake, watching Jay with a worried expression.
Cody smiled softly as he reached a hand out to pet the kitten. "Why...?" Cody asked quietly.

"I figured you need something to keep you compy while Remy is...... Out, plus i've been saving up to get you a kitten anyway." Brett said.

Kari poked her brother.

Cody leaned close and hugged Brett, being careful not to squish the kitten as he kissed Brett's cheek. "Thank you."

Cole squeaked and giggled. "What was that for?"

Brett kissed the top of his head. "Love you."

"Causeeee...." Kari said before looking at her twin, "Something is wrong her Cole-Cole."

"Love you." Cody replied, kissing Brett properly before carefully taking the kitten.

"With whooo?" Cole asked, poking her back.

Brett smiled as he watched Cody with the kitten.

"I don't know..... But Papa, grandpapa and granddaddy are upset......" Karo squeaked.

Cody hugged the kitten close and leaned against Brett.

Cole pouted, folding his arms. "I know."
