Jay curled up in the alley behind the mall as he shivered softly. His puppy ears carefully hidden under his hair and his tail wrapped tightly around himself. Jay bit his lip,he wondered what he was going to do now that his pack had kicked him out. Jay suddenly relised he wasn't alone and he bit his lip hard when the saw the man with wolf ears standing in front of him...

Carter, a young wolf, was looking around for somewhere to sleep for the night. He had to lead his pack to get sage but yet no one had come to help. Coming across a young pup, Carter smiled, "Hey...you okay?"

Jay's soft ears went up in surprise at the wolf he saw, he didn't knew this though as he replied soiftly. "I-I'm fine..."

Carter smiled at him softly, "You look cold. Maybe you should come with us."

Jay shivered had before noding slowly and getting up.

Carter smiled and removed his jacket, handing it to the young man. "Here, take it. I'm Carter by the way."

Jay gratfully took the offered jacket and snuggled into the warmth, "T-Thank you, i'm Jay."

"Nice to meet you," Carter smiled.

Jay smiled shyly, "I-Is this your pack?"

Carter nodded with a smile, "Uh huh."

Jay's soft blond tail unwrapped itself from his waist.

"You're a pup?" Carter smiled.

Jay nodded, "Yes sir.." He said softly.
