Hate Love (for Nolee)

Lucas kissed his forehead.

Nolee smiled, "See, unlike you, Barrett and I have a good relationship. And if you don't let me go, he'll eventually come looking for me. As evil as you and Ted are, you don't have anyone on your side as evil as him. Now, why don't you be a good little assassin and tell me where the hell we are."

Cody smiled slightly, burying his face against Lucas' chest.

"I'm...not telling you." Randy said, trying not to sound nervous at the mention of seeing Wade again.

"We'll get out...I swear..." Lucas promsied.


There were a thousand things that Randy could say to scare Nolee but she kept her strong face, "You're really not going to tell me?"

Cody nodded, hugging him tighter. "I-I know..."

"Nope. Gonna leave you blinfolded and bound, not knowing where you are, not knowing if your friends are okay..." Randy chuckled.

Lucas smiled, "I love you..."


Nolee took a deep breath, "Fine by me you coward."

"Really...?" Cody asked, looking up at him with a surprised expression.

"Right, sure it is." Randy said. "Even when Teddy has Cody back...?"

Lucas nodded softly, "Yeah...yeah I think I do..."


Nolee chuckled, "Lucas won't let anything happen to Cody."

"Oh..." Cody said, smiling shyly. "I...love you too...I think..."

"Why, because you paid him?" Randy sneered. "That won't help much if his own life's in danger..."

"You...you think?"


"No, because he cares about me." Nolee smirked.

"Well....it's kinda hard to tell while I'm being terrified of this room..." Cody said.

"Right." Randy said, rolling his eyes, not that Nolee could see that.

Lucas nodded, "Oh."

Nolee growled, "Go to hell..."

"Yeah," Cody said. "Pretty sure I do though." He added, smiling.

"I. Told. You. I've already been there." Randy hissed.

Lucas nodded, "So..any ideas about getting out?"

Nolee smirked, "You know Carter will come looking for me dont you?"

"Um...maybe..." Cody said, frowning slightly.

"Sure he will..." Randy chuckled. "He has to no where you are first..."

"Maybe? Alright watcha got Codes?" Lucas asked.

Nolee laughed, "He won't stop until he finds me. He'll hunt for me all over the globe."

"Nothing I'll like..." Cody mumbled.

"Who says you'll be alive by then?"

Lucas frowned, "I'm not giving you to him."


Nolee bit back her hate, "I'm not afraid of death."

"I don't mean it like that...I meant trick him into thinking that..." Cody said, smirking.

"Sure you aren't..." Randy said, sounding bored.

Lucas nodded, "I can do that."


Nolee took a deep breath, "Untie me...and I'll talk about letting Cody go."

Cody smiled slightly before moving to sit on the floor, leaning against the wall, hugging his knees to his chest.

"It's not me that wants him." Randy said. "Then again...Cody is pretty cute..." He smirked, taunting her.

Lucas sighed, "Carter will find us soon..."


Nolee knew her blush was evident, she had always cared for Cody, "You leave him alone Orton!"

"And if he doesn't?" Cody asked.

"Now, why should I do that huh?"

"Then I'll get us out," Lucas swore.


Nolee frowned, "He's never hurt anyone! And you and Ted abused him! He deserves someone who loves him and he loves in return! Not the two of you!"

Cody nodded, hanging his head, staring at the floor.

"Like who?" Randy laughed. "You?"

Lucas got up, walking to the door and ramming it with his shoulder.


Nolee grew quiet and lowered her head.
