Casey wrapped his arms tighter around Alex's neck, still partly awake.

Once they were a good distance into the forest, Sheamus carefully put Jay down on the soft grass and sat beside him.

Jay moaned softly in pain as he continued to sleep.

Frowning, Sheamus reached out and gently ran a hand through Jay's hair.

Jay relaxed again at the gentle touch.

Sheamus smiled slightly seeing him relax and looked up at Alex.

Alex set Casey down gently. "We're going to need a fire."

Casey curled up, wrapping Alex's cloak tighter around himself before falling asleep.

Nodding, Sheamus got up and went to gather things for a fire.

Alex gathered most of the herbs he knew Jay would need.

Sheamus sat down, clearing a space where there was less grass to build the fire. Once it was lit he carefully bought Jay closer to it.

Alex finally had everything he needed andplaced it near the fire and Jay.

Sheamus sighed and laid down next to Jay, only just realising how tired he was. He didn't want to sleep though, worried someone would find them.

Alex sat down to rest and wait for Jay to wake up.

Not long after laying down, Sheamus ended up drifting off to sleep, too tired to stay awake even if he wanted to.

Waking up from being cold, Casey crawled closer to the fire, smiling shyly before curling up beside Alex.

Alex smiled and held Casey close as he dozed off.

Casey woke up again in what he assumed was the early morning, frowning when he saw the fire had gone out. Once he'd managed to light it he sat back next to Alex.

Alex woke up and smiled at Casey before getting up and waking Jay up, the arrow had to come out.

Sheamus woke up when Alex came to wake Jay. He slowly sat up, yawning and stretching, not used to sleeping without being on a bed.

Alex got everything ready, he looked at Sheamus. "I'm going to need you to hold Jay while i do this."

Sheamus nodded, gently pulling Jay onto his lap and wrapped his arms around Jay.

Knowing what was about to happen, Casey got up and wandered off into the forest, not wanting to watch.

Alex swallowed hard as he made sure he had everything they needed, including hot watch over the fire thanks to a abandon camp site he had found. Jay bit his lip as Alex started to cut the end of the arrow off. Alex knew Jay was lucky the arrow had missed anything important.

Sheamus watched, holding Jay tight, gently stroking Jay's hair with one hand, trying to keep him calm.

Jay cried out softly as Alex pulled the arrow out of his leg before cleaning it with some of the herbs and hot water, fortunitely the wound was mostly clean. Alex swallowed hard, this next part was going to hurt Jay a lot. He took his sword which had restedin the flames of the fire and pressed it to both sides of the wound. Jay shook softly at the pain as he screamed. Alex quickly used the rest of the water and herbs on the burns.

Sheamus kept holding Jay tight, pulling a face at Jay's scream. "It's ok Jay..." He said before mumbling softly in Irish.

Jay closed his eyes and murmured out a soft, "Hurts so bad..." Alex quickly bandaged Jay's leg.

"I know..." Sheamus said softly, holding him close. "Better than having it stay in there though."

As he was walking, Casey came across the same abandoned campsite Alex had found, only this time it wasn't entirely abandoned. He ran back to the others, pulling on Alex's sleeve with a frightened look on his face.
