Frankie got the shot ready but didn't move to give it to him, he instead ran his fingers through Jacen's hair.

Jacen laid there watching Frankie, his eyes on the needle once Frankie had it ready. Instead of relaxing as Frankie ran his fingers through his hair, Jacen leaned away slightly, scared again.
